Tasks at the Ecotox Centre

  • Planning, supervision and implementation of various applied projects in aquatic ecotoxicology with a focus on hormonally active substances, mixtures, effect-based screening tools and sample preparation techniques
  • Selecting, validating and applying ecotoxicological methods for environmental monitoring and quality assessment
  • Standardizing relevant in vitro bioassays
  • Providing and transferring expertise to stakeholders in current environmental problems
